    CAS launched Air France freighter services in IAH in February.

    CAS wins contract for Hawaiian Airlines and Air France/KLM in LAX in March.

    CAS wins contract for Volaris in IAH in March.

    CAS launched Etihad Airways warehouse services in YYZ in April.

    CAS wins contract for Emirates in LCK in May.

    CAS launched United Airlines services in GRU-Brazil and GIG-Brazil in May.

    CAS launched Silkway Airlines warehouse and ramp services in JFK in May.

    CAS wins contract for passenger/ramp services for EVA Air in IAH in June.

    CAS wins contract for United Airlines in PDX in June.

    CAS wins contract for Alaska Airlines in JFK in June.

    CAS launched All Nippon Airways in LAX in July.

  • 2014

    Launched Lufthansa cargo services in Philadelphia in January.

    Launched Swiss Air cargo services in JFK in February.

    Launched Menzies partnership in Seattle in February.

    Launched Air Bridge Cargo services in DFW in March

    CAS partnered with Perish Airport for our first South American operation in Quito, Ecuador.

    CAS launched its first export operation at LCK for Cathay Pacific in September.

    CAS launched passenger services in IAH in November.

    CAS launched Etihad Airlines cargo services in DFW in December.

  • 2013

    CAS acquires Integrated Airline Services in July. With this acquisition, CAS provides cargo handling services, cargo and passenger ramp services, mail handling services, facilities management services, passenger ticketing and boarding services, and VIP Lounge Staffing to over 90 different customers in 50 locations throughout the United States and Canada.

    Started new station PHL with United Airlines in March.

    Launched Atlas Air in Miami.

    Built $3m cooler at MIA to accomodate the expanding perishables handling business.

    Launched Avianca Cargo in Miami in December.

    Launched cargo services with Turkish Airlines in IAH in April.

  • 2012

    CAS added 21 new accounts in the first quarter including TAM (JFK), Swissair (EWR) and Emirates Airlines (DFW & SEA) in the US and American Airlines, Copa, Avianca, US Airways and TACA in Canada

    CAS acquires Cargo Services Inc and PHS, two Florida based ground handling companies.

    CAS now operates 6 facilities in MIA and FLL. With its recent win of the SkyTeam, British and Iberia handling contracts, CAS is now the 2nd largest handling company in MIA.

    CAS launches ePicâ„¢ Mobile warehouse system at JFK and EWR facilities with Apple iPads attached to every forklift

    CAS is now the largest ground handler in the North America serving 84 carriers in 29 facilities at 14 international airports

    PHS was acquired in March 2012

  • 2011

    Awarded 19 new handling contracts including Saudi Airlines (JFK & IAH), Iberia (JFK), NCA (JFK), and SAS, American and Delta at IAD

    CAS is acquired by private equity firm, ICV Partners. CAS plans on expansion with the capital, resources and expertise of its new ownership.

    CAS enters the San Diego market with British Airways.

    CSI was acquired in October 2011.

    Added 16 new carrier contracts including China Airlines (JFK), Korean Airlines (YYZ) and British Airways (JFK & IAD)

    Entrance to ORD market with Air France startup

    Entrance to Oklahoma (OKC) market with UPS account

    CAS launches ePicâ„¢ online settlement portal for forwarding community

    Entrance to DFW market with China Airlines startup

    Added new facility in EWR to handle SAS, SQ and several small carriers and forwarders

    Added over 16 new contracts

    Awarded 10 new carrier contracts including Korean Air, Air France, Cargolux and Singapore

    Celebrated 10th anniversary of cargo handling services

    CAS acquires Genesis with operations in IAH and SAT

    CAS acquires Cargo Zone with operations in Montreal and Toronto

    CAS takes over Air General EWR operations

  • 2006

    Customer portfolio increased to 17 contracts and added 3 more facilities to 7 total facilities

  • 2005

    CAS takes on equity partner to grow business

    CAS acquires the 3rd largest JFK based cargo handling company, resulting in 14 total customers at 3 cargo facility locations in JFK

    Major Airlines awards CAS five year contract

    CAS founded with awarding of five year outsourcing contract with KLM Cargo at JFK & IAH
